Terms and Conditions

1. Customer shall park their car in designated marked spaces.

2. Vehicles belonging to customers with past due accounts are subject to ticket/tow/boot charges at vehicle owner's risk.

3. Monthly parking access is activated by an access fob or parking transponder. Parking transponder must be displayed at all times while in the parking garage.

4. Use of reserved spaces is strictly enforced. Violators will be towed at the owner's expense and risk.

5. Do not leave personal property of value in the vehicle. APTA Centennial Properties, LLC has no liability for the loss or damage to the vehicle or its contents.

6. Any claim for vehicle damage must be made prior to leaving the parking facility by alerting a facility manager or by calling the front desk.

7. Long term vehicle storage is not permitted.

8. This agreement may be terminated by written notice at least 30 days prior to the last day of any calendar month.
